Understand that when a girl likes a guy, she's generally very observant of him. If you don't catch her glancing at you, or paying you any attention at all, there's a chance she doesn't like you. But, also, remember: A girl can look at you, analyze your entire appearance, and be done by the time you ever get the chance to notice her.....

Know that girls generally remember the most insignificant thing guys say.Whether they are jokes, or random information that reveals their personality, girls that are interested WILL remember it. If she doesn't seem to remember anything you've said before, or doesn't mention anything that she knows you are interested in, then she may not like you.

Realize that a lot of the times, girls will memorize certain places (and at what time) that you visit a place (school schedules and what hall you're in) and pass you. If you only see her by chance, or if she has the same class as you, but she's never anywhere randomly near you, then she probably isn't going out of her way to see you.

Talk to her, if she either doesn't laugh at your jokes, there's probably a good chance she isn't interested, because most girls will laugh at their crushes jokes even if they aren't funny. However, she may just laugh anyway, (usually it's more reserved and quiet than what it would be around her friends) just to be polite.

Look at her body language. If she's faced away from you; eyes always rather averted, shoulders shifted away, feet pointed elsewhere, then she probably isn't interested.
